Value servant leadership is a new enabler which is belong to:

- Lead a team task under a people domain.

Vision and mission describe the target of a project and a company and the steps should be followed to reach to the objectives. Clear vision and mission are important to see the objectives and targets clearly.

In order to reach to project objectives, project team might have several resources. These resources might come from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. Well diversity and inclusion will help to understand different behavior types of different team members and ensure an effective team management in a project.

- Determine an appropriate leadership style.

For example, in some cases, you must deploy a directive leadership. Well collaborative leadership is more favorable to keep up team motivation.

This can be achieved through discussion, coaching, mentoring, and relationship orient to leadership style.

4- Awareness.

Understanding strength, weakness and areas for development and support is crucial for maximum performance.

5- Persuasion.

Servant leader relay on persuasion and cooperation rather than authority and delegation. Servant leader have ability to convince others as post to concern them into compliance.

6- Conceptualization.

Servant leaders have ability to looking the problem from conceptualize respective. It meaning there are able to think beyond the date of realize the work. While conceptualization is important, servant leaders also have the ability to delicate the bounce conceptualization and day to day focus.
