Blinding concrete checklist template

Checklist help inspector to identify the items and steps to be checked during inspection request. Checklist not have standard format we can use any format but it should include all processes steps and documents which should be checked during inspection.

In this article, we will show checklist for waterproof work.

1.0 Material Classification
1.1 Concrete supplier is approved
1.2 Concrete mix design is approved

2.0 Preparation prior to casting
2.1 Surface preparation including anti-termite was done with plastic protection.
2.2 Levels and all works related to surveying works was completed
2.3 MEP Clearance (if required)
3.0 Casting of Blinding Concrete
3.1 Concrete delivered as per approved mixed design, test for concrete workability.
3.2 The use of concrete vibrator and proper finishing must be monitor.
4.0 Compressive strength test
4.1 Sample will be collected for 2 cubes for 7 days, 2 cubes for 28 days and 2 cubes spare
4.2 7 days cube must reach the 70 % of the design strength and the result of 28 day will not be less than to the required strength.
5.0 MEP Provision
5.1 If required coordinate with MEP for the provision.
6.0 Curing
6.1 Curing to be done as per the project specification. No activity will be allowed without completing the required period for curing.
